What we collect

When you request access, we receive your name, email, campaign source and marketing preference. When you submit an analysis, we also receive your name, email, optional phone number, deal inputs, calculated results, submission date, campaign source and marketing preference. We use this information to provide and administer your requested analysis, prevent misuse and understand which campaigns generate enquiries. These are our legitimate business interests.

Figures entered before submission are calculated in your browser. Submitting stores a snapshot; it does not record every keystroke. Access requires your name and email. We save your access request and remember access using an essential secure cookie for 90 days. This is a contact-detail gate, not verification of email ownership. Saving a report also submits your property figures; your phone number is optional. We do not publish your analysis or provide it to other visitors.

Optional emails and analytics

With your separate consent, Kit manages property education and marketing emails. You can withdraw that consent using the unsubscribe link in any email. Leaving the form checkbox unticked does not change an existing subscription.

Optional analytics record visits, started analyses, report activity and community clicks using a random browser-session identifier and campaign names. These events do not include your contact details or property figures. We only send these events when you allow analytics. Your analytics preference is stored on your device and you can change it from the page footer. Declining does not prevent use of the calculator. There are no advertising pixels in this version.

Services and retention

Our hosting and database services process the saved analysis. Kit processes opted-in email subscriptions. When connected, our NI Property Girl GoHighLevel account receives submitted records for enquiry management. Clicking through to Skool takes you to its separate service and privacy terms.

We retain information while it is needed to provide this service, administer your enquiry or subscription, resolve a dispute or meet legal obligations. We retain the minimum suppression information needed to respect an unsubscribe request. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information, or to object to processing. The rights that apply depend on the circumstances.

Some service providers process data outside the UK. You can request details of the relevant providers, processing locations and transfer safeguards from us before submitting.

The calculations are estimates to support your research. They do not make an automated decision about your eligibility for a service, a loan or a property purchase.
